Having spent the past 9 years working with Architects, Engineers and Sub Contractors on projects for Van Den Bergh Developments we have decided to extend our business to include private projects. Whilst we have carried out a number of projects for private clients in the past we mainly focused our business solely on our in house properties.
We are now offering a Project Management/Construction service of Hassle Free renovation. We will work closely with the client to design, renovate and build the home of their dreams taking away all of the stress.
Some of the most stressful parts of renovation is Budget, Deadlines, Project Managing Sub – Contractors, this is what we do on a daily basis therefore, let us do what we do best and remove all of hassles. All you need to do is pack your bags, give us the keys and wait for us to hand you back a beautifully finished property within a mutually beneficial timeframe and without the dreaded delays.
We will work with our team of professionals and trades to return your home in beautiful turnkey condition and all you have to do is put the kettle on, sit back and enjoy your new surroundings.
