Avoca Place

Blackrock

Avoca was a 1 storey mid terrace property on a mature quite road in south county Dublin, when we purchased the property there was very little to see internally hence there wasn’t even internal images of the property. Our intension was to renovate it back to its former glory.

We started by stripping back any remaining internal walls and bringing it right back to a skeleton structure, we then set about reconfiguring the internal layout to ensure we optimised its space. We added a new roof, new windows, new internal partitions, rewired, replumbed and added a new open plan extension.

At either side of the panelled entrance hall you have 2 bedrooms, the Master Bedroom has a walk through Builtin wardrobe and Ensuite, the second bedroom is a generous Double room, the entrance hall leads into a panelled cosy Sitting room with builtin stove, parquet wooden floor, high ceilings with a sliding patio door leading into a Limestone courtyard. Continuing down the hall the Main Bathroom and Utility room leads you into a large open plan living room, kitchen and dining room with a wall to wall sliding patio door opening into a second beautifully paved and planted courtyard.
